‘Zav’ in Sanskrit refers to To transform, To change or To alter.

We live in an age where the acquisition and presentation of new knowledge and information is astonishing. We cannot afford to be static in such a fast running world and so to widen up our boundaries laid by the surrounding environment and to unleash our potentials.

Today teachers require the ability to reach out and connect with different types of learners. Our goal is to create reflective practitioners in schools and colleges who connect with each child, develop good teaching practices and to provide them with relevant knowledge, skills, and disposition to sustain those practices.

The goal of Crucible is to help draw out leadership capability in individuals. Crucible is not just a series of programs spread over a few months. Rather, it is a sustained learning effort designed and linked around specific leadership challenges for the participants where  ZAV takes on full ownership and responsibility to sustain the challenge to learn among participants.

Zav Foundation is established to enhance the capabilities of individuals and organizations through professional training, research.

The motto of the organization is to strive to bring people together and make them work together towards the common goal of enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of individuals as team members.

The workbooks & assessment tools for students ensure that the entire philosophy of the program is actually implemented in reality. The schools have the option to enter into a long term partnership and continue to benefit from refresher training programs and upgrades.
